From what I remember, they're UK-based, so international shipping can take a bit. I'd factor in at least a couple weeks, maybe more just to be safe.

I have a pair of their vermeil hoops and they've held up pretty well! Not as chunky as some Missoma pieces but the plating seems solid. Just don't wear it in the shower.

My Sophia Jewels vermeil ring has been fine for months, no issues. It feels similar in quality to some of my Astrid & Miyu pieces, maybe not quite as heavy as Monica Vinader but still nice.

They have a return window, I think it's 14 days or something? Just make sure it's unworn and in original packaging. Personalized stuff usually isn't returnable though, so be careful with that.
